- Our communities have the right to determine the planning and zoning decisions that directly affect the overall quality of our lives.
- The Anne Arundel County residents have the right to have a right-sized government that is responsive to their needs and not an overwhelming financial burden.
- As residents of Anne Arundel County, we have the right to street and sidewalks that are in good condition and not have our hard-earned tax dollars wasted on bureaucratic non-essential projects.

What needs to be done to rein in spending in Anne Arundel County
Yes to: Prioritizing the county budget to the true needs of the residents.
No to: Wasteful spending on vanity projects for politician’s self-interests and their political donors.
Public Safety (Crime)
Yes to: Fully supporting our public safety officers. Ensuring that they have the proper resources to perform their duties.
No to: To bureaucratic constraints that make it difficult to perform their essential rolls in providing public safety to the best of their abilities.
Property Taxes/Utility
Yes to: Reducing the burden of property taxes and utility bills on the residents of Anne Arundel County
No to: Overly burdensome property taxes, sales taxes and fees.
Improve Streets, Sidewalks and Transportation in District 6
Yes to: Capital improvement projects in District 6 (to include Annapolis) have been sidelined or delayed in favor of pet projects of outside interest groups.
No to: Undue influence from special interest groups overriding residents priorities . As your County Council Representative, I will ensure that District 6 receives the infrastructure improvements that it desperately needs.
Protect Our Communities from Top-down, Heavy-handed zoning changes
Yes to: Zoning and planning decisions that respect the will of the people.
No to: Heavy-handed zoning under plan 2040. When elected to county council, I will introduce legislation to combat overdevelopment through high density up zoning schemes.
